Rider Guide
You will receive an email in June with your rider guide. You will also receive a seat post rider number, wrist band, and luggage tag that can be mailed for a $20 fee, picked up in person the last weekend of June, or picked up the day of.
Ride Start
We will meet at the Seattle Ferry Terminal, where we will take the Bainbridge Ferry. The exact ferry time will be included in your riders guide (available in June). Just south of the ferry terminal, we will utilize a WSF parking lot where you will drop your luggage off, pick up your wrist bands, tags and seat post number as well as care to any bike related issues (a mechanic will be available at this parking lot).
During the ferry ride, you can enjoy a coffee and several food options. It is approximately a 30 minute transit.
More details will be announced in June.
Parking at Start
We recommend parking at Impark Lot 103 (Waterfront Place Garage). The costs are $30 per day. That being said, it will likely be more economical to Uber or take public transit to the start. Keep in mind, you will have both your bike and luggage.
Ride Finish
The ride will finish in Bremerton where we will have an afte-ride party with food vendors. You will then take the Bremerton to Seattle ferry. Details will be announced in June 2025.
Bike Shipping and Rentals
If you are looking to ship your bike, we recommend a service such as Bike Flights. However, the most efficient way to get your bike to Seattle is by flying with your bike which counts as normal luggage for all major US airlines. You can usually pick up a bike bag for around $600. We recommend SciCon Aerocomfort Road, which requires the least amount of disassembly and hits the $600 mark (when on sale). You can also go to your local bike shop (LBS) and have them pack your bike, and use a service such as FedEx or UPS to ship your bike to Seattle. You will need to work with a Seattle LBS to do the same to get your bike back home.
For rentals, please consider Montlake Bike Shop. Outside of flying with your bike, renting a bike will be the most efficient option.
Pricing:
Early Bird (before March 1): $400 per person plus transaction processing fees

In this case, you will be fully refunded minus transaction fees. The ride does require a minimum of 75 riders to be produced. Should ridership by May 31, 2025 not be greater than 75 riders, a refund of the entry fee will be issued, and the ride will be canceled.
